Program of the 1st Gathering of Schools Named After Emilia Sczaniecka
On November 7, Pakosław will host the first-ever gathering of schools named after Emilia Sczaniecka.
Students from schools across Poland will have the opportunity to personally explore the area associated with the life and work of this distinguished Greater Poland patriot and proponent of "organic work" (grassroots social and economic development).
The program includes not only sightseeing but also lectures on the history of this grassroots movement, highlighting the contributions of not only famous men from the region but also outstanding women. Through entrepreneurship workshops, participants will discover that "organic work" is not merely a significant part of history but also a modern tool relevant to everyday life.
The event is organized by the Regional Knowledge Centre in Lwówek.
It takes place as part of the "Organic Work – The Heritage of the People of Wielkopolska" program on the Organic Work Trail.
